Prolivet for large breeds Prolivet for large dogs contains a complementary formula for feeding large-sized pets. Its formula also supports the maintenance of good liver function. Prolivet tablets are known to provide great protection for the liver, and are used in cases where the animal has undergone a procedure that limits its functions. This is especially true in the case of surgery involving the removal of part of the liver or liver cancer. Its administration helps to neutralise free radicals, contributing to the protection of liver cells. It also prevents the adhesion of toxins and production of leukotrienes which promote inflammation. In addition, it promotes the constitution of lipoproteins in the bloodstream and cell membranes, helping to eliminate waste products from cell metabolism. Indications Prolivet is used in situations where liver function is compromised, as in these cases: Liver diseases. Oxidative stress in the liver. Recovery after treatments that may affect liver health. Dosage of Prolivet It is recommended to be administered for a minimum of 30 days, preferably on an empty stomach, at least one hour before meals, to ensure better absorption. The recommended daily dose varies according to the weight of the dog: Dogs from 16 to 30 kg: 1 tablet. Dogs from 31 to 50 kg: 2 tablets. Dogs over 50 kg: 3 tablets. Store in a dry place away from sunlight. The time of administration should be as recommended by your veterinarian. Contraindications This supplement is only suitable for use in large dogs. Do not use in other animals or in dogs of small stature, as the formula has been designed according to the needs of each weight. There are other presentations, such as Prolivet small breeds, especially designed for supplementation in small and lightweight pets. Prolivet side effects Prolivet is a natural hepatoprotector formulated for large dogs with chronic liver disease and has no side effects. Composition Composition of Prolivet for large dogs: Oxomet® derived from the fermentation of S.Cerevisiae 1.008 mg; Sodium pyrophosphate; Yeast; Lupin protein meal; Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; Sunflower oil; Magnesium stearate; Vitamin E (3a700) 105 mg; Siliphos® (Sylibum Marianum; Phosphatidylcholine (lecithin)) 168 mg.
