Take 1 sachet a day, with meals. It can be diluted in a glass of water or juice at room temperature.

If you are taking antibiotics, it is necessary to take it two hours after the antibiotic.

It is suitable for lactose intolerant people, it does not contain gluten or sucrose.

The active ingredients of Prodefen Plus are:Fructooligosaccharides, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG, maltodextrins, bulking agent (isomalt E-953), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide E-551), Lactobacillus casei*, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium infantis* Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium breve. *Contains soya, milk and milk derivatives used in the fermentation process. Milk content does not affect lactose intolerant people.
