The Palmar Immobilising Wrist Brace is an orthopaedic product specially designed to relieve pain caused by muscle and nerve tension in the wrist. It keeps the wrist at rest and in a neutral posture to speed up the recovery process.
Its malleable aluminium palmar splint provides great immobilisation, support and stabilisation of the wrist. Its 4 mid-lateral blades in the dorsal area limit dorsal-palmar flexion, allowing a better lateral grip of the wrist and forearm. The thumb remains free, so there is complete mobility of the fingers.
The fabrics, manufactured with state-of-the-art technology, help to obtain a feeling of relief and comfort. The fabric is breathable and has perforated areas to maintain good ventilation. The seamless three-layer design (foam, velour and sponge) allows the area to be free from irritation and chafing.
