It is a solid butter that melts easily in the hands before application. It can also be melted in a bain-marie to make balms or masks.

At the beginning of pregnancy, it is very useful when applied on the belly and hips.
For babies, it is ideal in case of dry or damaged skin. At any age, shea butter is an exceptional ally whenever there is a need for tissue repair.
- For the face and body: apply one almond (or more for the body) of shea butter massaging from bottom to top.
- For hair: apply all over hair, cover with a warm towel, leave on for 20 minutes, or better overnight, then wash hair with a mild shampoo.
Pranarom Shea Butter Bio contains slightly less than half monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9), slightly more than half saturated fatty acids (especially stearic acid, purifying and well tolerated by skin and hair). Rich in unsaponifiables, valued for their anti-inflammatory properties.
