Pranarôm Castor Oil, 50 ml is a natural essential oil obtained from the plant of the same name. It is used in alternative medicine to help relieve headaches, joint and muscle pain. It also soothes nasal congestion.
Its Anglo-Saxon name, castor oil, often causes confusion: this oil does not come from beaver gland secretions! In fact, it replaces precisely this ingredient, which was formerly used in perfumery, hence its name.
Brief description of the composition : The high proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids (ricinoleic acid) provides optimal protection of the skin, hair and nails. 5% of the polyunsaturated fatty acids are from the omega-6 family; they provide strength and repair to skin tissue, nails and hair. The remaining 3% are saturated fatty acids.
- For the hair: 2 to 3 times a week, massage the oil into the whole hair, cover the hair with a warm towel and let it sit for half an hour to an hour. Then shampoo the hair - For nails: Every evening at bedtime, apply a drop to each nail, then massage the nail, paying particular attention to the cuticle.
