Pranarôm organic myrtle essential oil in a 5 ml bottle has various health applications, both topically and orally. It is obtained from the distillation of myrtle leaves (myrtus communis l).
A plant native to the Mediterranean scrubland of Corsica and Sardinia. It is used to flavour game meat, as well as to make an excellent liqueur. The berries are appreciated for their taste similar to juniper and rosemary. It has astringent and digestive properties.
Take 1 drop on a neutral support. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 1 drop 40 mg.
