Mentha piperita
A hybrid product of Menta aquatica and spearmint, this 80 cm plant is very lively. Its stems are quadrangular, its leaves are oval, sharp and serrated. It grows in cool, clayey and calcareous soils. It is distilled in June, just before flowering.
Take 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 4 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 4 drops 150 mg.
