Pranarôm Evening Primrose essential oil in 60 vegan dosage capsules made from virgin vegetable oil that has not undergone any refining processes. It is obtained by cold mechanical pressing of oenothera biennis (evening primrose) seeds.
Dosed vegan capsules, each capsule contains 750 mg of virgin evening primrose vegetable oil*, the main source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, two essential fatty acids of the omega-6 series essential for the body. All the benefits of a virgin quality vegetable oil*, unrefined and obtained by cold mechanical pressing of the seeds.

From 12 to 18 years old : 1 to 2 capsules per day.
From 18 years old : 2 to 4 capsules per day.
Take for 1 to 3 months.
