To create personalised massage synergies: Pour a dose of oil into the palm of the hand. Add 1 or 2 drops of essential oils indicated for skin use and mix for a few seconds. Apply locally and massage until completely absorbed. Adapt the amount of massage oil to the size of the area to be massaged.
