Reishi capsules, patented by the Plantis brand, are a pre-meal supplement used as an adaptogen and immune system booster. Reishi or Ling Zhi is a fungus of the Basidiomycete class in the shape of a lotus or horn and its use dates back to imperial Japan.

Numerous studies have shown that daily consumption of this mushroom can support and stimulate the body's natural defences. It is known as an effective "Life Energy" enhancer in Asian culture and is therefore considered a mythical mushroom.
