Myrtilus juice concentrate 500 mg, blackcurrant juice concentrate 500 mg, magnesium gluconate 250 mg, N-acetyl carnitine 100 mg, royal jelly 100 mg, vitamin C 60 mg, L-glutamine 50 mg, vitamin E 10 mg, vitamin B5 6 mg, soya lecithin (20% phosphatidylserine) 5 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg, vitamin B2, 1.6 mg, vitamin B1 1.4 mg, folic acid 200 mcg, D-Biotin 150 mcg, vitamin B12, 1 µg. Instructions for use

The instructions for use of PLANTAPOL MEMOPOL PLUS 30 ampoules are to take one ampoule a day, preferably on an empty stomach. It can be diluted in water or juice if preferred. It is important to shake well before use.
