Plameca Omega 3 60 capsules is a food supplement made from fish oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids from the Omega-3 group, mainly EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These are essential fatty acids: the body cannot produce them itself and must obtain them from food, which is not always possible when consumption of oily fish is low.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart; DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision; and both help maintain normal blood triglyceride levels and blood pressure.
