Pilexil shampoo works as a treatment to combat dandruff, it also helps to prevent it. Its main active ingredients are terpineol + willow extract, salicylic acid and climbazole.

It contains citric acid, a component that strengthens the hair roots. On the other hand, it contains sodium benzoate, a type of preservative that is used so that the raw material of the product is not contaminated during manufacturing.
