WHAT IS IT FOR? Pharmaton 50 Plus is a food supplement specifically formulated to meet the nutritional needs of the body from the age of 50 onwards. It helps maintain normal levels of physical and mental energy, supports the normal functioning of the heart and brain, helps maintain healthy vision, bones and muscles, and supports the normal functioning of the immune system. It is designed for those who wish to remain active and energetic from that age onwards. COMPOSITION Each soft capsule provides: • Omega-3 fatty acids: 250 mg, of which 67.5 mg is EPA and 45 mg is DHA (from fish oil). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision; EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg). • Vitamins: C (90 mg), E (10 mg), D3 (5 µg), B1 (1.4 mg), B2 (1.6 mg), B6 (2 mg), B9 or folic acid (200 µg) and B12 (1 µg). • Minerals: iron (5 mg), zinc (5 mg), copper (0.5 mg) and selenium (50 µg). DIRECTIONS FOR USE 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning with breakfast and a glass of water.
