Intensive vulvovaginal hygiene gel, developed by Procare Laboratories for its Palomacare product line, is a daily use cream or gel designed for women's intimate health. Its main function is to intensively cleanse the vaginal area to sanitise it and leave it free of harmful bacteria that could put health at risk.
It has a slightly acidic pH, suitable for the external female intimate area, without unbalancing or negatively affecting the beneficial bacterial flora. In addition, its formula is highly tolerated, so it can be used even when the skin is sensitive, either in adult women or in girls and adolescents.
Part of its composition is formulated through a combination of natural extracts with medicinal, soothing and protective properties. These include camellia, neem and coriolus extracts. In addition, tea tree oil helps provide an effective antibacterial effect to help treat and prevent vaginal infections caused by bacteria and fungi.
It contains betaine and emollients to help keep the outside of the vagina moisturised and healthy. This helps to prevent dryness and possible irritation or atopic disorders that may appear.
