Contraindications Do not use Otogen soothing: - If you suffer from perforated eardrum and suppurative otitis media. - In case of dermatitis and eczema of the external auditory canal. - If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine. Side effects As with all medicines, Otogen may cause side effects. In particular, excessive application to the perforated ear may cause irritation of the middle ear.
