Optava Ophthalmic Solution is a product for medical use, developed to lubricate the ocular mucosa and help rid it of irritation or other similar discomfort. Its formula is compatible with most contact lenses and can be used after laser surgery.

The main function of this product is to relieve dry eyes caused by many factors, both internal and external. These include constant exposure to electronic devices that emit artificial light, poor diet, sleeping difficulties and many others.

It has a dual effect, serving as both a lubricant and an osmoprotectant, because it not only moisturises the mucous membrane and helps to relieve common symptoms such as dryness and irritation. It also helps to reinforce the natural barrier of the mucosa so that it is not as affected by certain types of external factors, protecting it from pollutants and many other agents unfavourable to eye health.

The solution is sterile and is packaged in single-dose packs, easy to apply and protected from possible contaminants or external agents that could negatively alter the composition of the product.

It contains glycerine, a component with excellent moisturising properties, which will help to keep the area moisturised for a long period of time.
