Pack contents Dry extract of Valeriana officinalis root containing 0.8% valerenic acid; microcrystalline cellulose; dicalcium phosphate; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; silicon dioxide; vegetable stearic acid; vegetable magnesium stearate; calcium carbonate; melatonin; polyethylene glycol; cochineal and indigo carmine. Per tablet: 500 mg of valerian, 4 mg of valerenic acid and 1.98 mg of melatonin. How should the pack be taken or used?
