Directions for use 1. Wash and sterilise the bottle. 2. Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool down to 40°C. 3. Pour in the required amount of water. 4. Add the number of level measures into the bottle. 5. Close with the plastic lid and shake it with the palms of your hands. 6. Shake well until completely dissolved. Remove the lid and add a sterilised teat. 7. Check the temperature (37°C) on the inside of your forearm. 8. The bottle should be consumed within 1 hour of preparation.
