What is Normodol 400 mg Granulate and what is it for?

It isa medicine containing ibuprofen as the active ingredient, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for thetreatment of moderatepain and/or fever in adults and adolescents over 40 kg or 12 years of age such as dental pain, muscular pain, menstrual pain, etc .

It comes in a practical pack of 20 granulated sachets.

Who itis intended for

This medicine is suitable for use in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age or weighing more than 40 kg.

Instructions for use

Take 1 sachet every 6 to 8 hours if necessary, although it is advisable not to exceed 3 sachets per day.

Contraindication s

Do not use Normodol 400 mg sachets:

• In children under 12 years of age.
• In case of allergy to ibuprofen or to any of the components present in the composition of this medicine.
• If you suffer from blood clotting disorders or bleeding.
• If you have suffered from bronchospasm, asthma, urticaria after taking other NSAIDs,acetylsalicylic acid or similar.
• If you have or have had stomach or oesophageal ulcers, if you have severe liver, kidney or heart disease or if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy.
