Do not cut the Niquitin Cleartransdermal patch . Remove the pre-cutdisposable protective sheet on the side of the transdermal patch. This is the side that contains the medication and must be in contact with the skin. 3. Immediately after removing the protective film, place the Niquitin transdermal patch on an area of dry, uninjured skin (cuts, scratches or bruises) and with little hair: shoulder, waist, upper outer arm, etc. Avoid mobile areas of the body such as joints subject to friction with clothing. Apply the patch in its entirety and without cutting into the skin. 4. To ensure perfect adhesion, press firmly on the entire outer surface of the patch with the palm of the hand for at least 10-20 seconds. 5. Keep the patch on for 24 hours. If you have difficulty sleeping, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Change the Niquitin Clear transdermal patch every 24 hours .Use a different area of skin to apply the patch and allow several days to pass before using the same area again. In caseof prolonged bathing in the sea or swimming pool, you have 2 possibilities: Before bathing, remove the transdermal patch and immediately put it back in its packaging.
