This waterproof product has anti-leakage barriers on the sides and a cellulose core with three layers of absorption that favours a better retention of liquid, thus allowing a fresh and dry sensation. In addition, it has a curly fibre technology inside with breathable materials for better skin protection, as it helps to keep the skin at an ideal pH level (5.5).

MoliCare Prem has also been designed to be worn as underwear or underneath it, as this model stands out for its concealed design that adapts perfectly to the user's anatomy, offering comfort and security of movement. It is ideal to be used at night or during the day without inconvenience. In addition, this thin, elastic panty-liner has an odour neutralising system that prevents the proliferation of urine or faecal matter odours thanks to its antibacterial properties. This increases the user's confidence. It also has a moisture indicator on the back that suggests when the pants need to be changed. The sides can be ripped for disposal. Size M corresponds to a waist circumference of 80-120 cm, is disposable and lightweight.
