Mobiclinic Elbow or Heel Pads

This elbow or heel pad protects these areas from rubbing or friction due to continuous sliding and prevents pressure ulcers or bedsores for bed-ridden patients. The padding reduces pressure, friction and the shearing effect. The inner part of the mattress is made of hollow fibre, which provides better air circulation and helps to keep the mattress cool and comfortable. In winter it protects from the cold and in summer it acts as a thermal insulator.
