The orthosis consists of two parts: firstly, it consists of a 3D bag for the correct positioning of the elbow and forearm. Secondly, it has a fixation band that allows the height of the forearm to be adjusted. Finally, this orthosis is symmetrical or ambidextrous and can be used on both upper limbs. The suspension strap should then be passed over the shoulder opposite to the side being treated and the height or flexion adjusted as necessary. Finally, this sling for dislocations is designed for prolonged, daily and constant use, as its maintenance is very simple. To do this, the clip attachment must be closed to wash it. It should be washed with neutral soap at a temperature of approximately 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, with caution, with perchloroethylene. Do not use bleach or abrasive products, do not tumble dry or iron. If the product is not well wrung out, product residues may cause skin irritation or damage to the device.
