Miren Eye Drops is a product that provides a protective layer against UV rays or blue light, which can be produced by the sun, computer screens, televisions and other sources, such as medical devices. The aim of this drug is to prevent these rays from damaging the structures and functioning of the eye. Its main components are vitamin B2 or riboflavin, vitamin E, some essential amino acids and hyaluronic acid.

Vitamins B2 and E work together. This is because vitamin B2 supports the properties of vitamin E to prevent photophobia, or the discomfort caused by looking directly at bright light. They also both have the ability to treat dry eye symptoms by gradually and consistently moisturising the eye. The amino acids provided by the drops are responsible for regulating the pH, and for the lacrimal glands to have a good and balanced osmolarity.

Hyaluronic acid is arguably the most important component of this product. The reason for this is that it is responsible for acting directly on the musinic layer of the tear film. The function of the tear film is to retain the lubricant produced by the tear glands in the eye. Hyaluronic acid keeps this layer in good condition.

It is indicated for all those who spend too much time outdoors or staring at a screen. It can be used with contact lenses.

The step-by-step instructions are as follows.

1. Open the bottle and remove the protective cap. The protective cap can be replaced after each use.
2. It is best to lie down and face upwards when inserting.
3. If you have contact lenses, remove them and then insert them after application.
4. Up to two drops can be applied to each eye. In order to spread it all around the eye contour, blink several times without forcing and try to look at the sides with your eyes closed.

After each use, the container should be tightly sealed and stored in a cool place. Also, keep out of the reach of small children. It is not recommended to exceed the dosage, as this may irritate the eye.
