The food supplement Methiophytin is a combination of L-methionine, a urine pH acidifier, and phytate, a powerful inhibitor of the crystallisation of calcium salts.

COMPOSITION
-L-Methionine: is an amino acid that helps to reduce urine pH, facilitating the action and efficacy of antibiotics normally used for the treatment of urinary infections such as fosfomycin, ampicillin or cephalosporin.
-Phytate: acts as a protective shield against the bacteria that cause urinary tract infections (UTIs), preventing their proliferation in the urinary tract.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
-Acute phase: 1 tablet every 8 hours for 5 days in combination with antibiotic treatment.
-Preventive phase: 1 tablet every 24 hours at night for at least 6 months".
