Recommended use 1 serving per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pour 1 scoop into 200 ml of water and stir until completely dissolved. Can also be added to milk, herbal teas, yoghurt or other foods (macro and micronutrient intake will vary depending on the variety of milk or liquid chosen).
