Mepilex Ag Antimicrobial Dressing 10 × 10 cm, 3 Units is a sterile, soft silicone foam dressing developed for the treatment of wounds with low to moderate exudate levels.
It consists of a contact layer featuring Safetac® technology, an absorbent core of polyurethane foam containing silver sulphate and activated carbon, and a breathable, waterproof outer film. This combination helps to absorb exudate, maintain an appropriate moist environment and create an antimicrobial barrier against wound-associated microorganisms.
Its flexible design allows it to be adapted to different areas of the body. Safetac® technology adheres gently to the dry surrounding skin without sticking to the moist wound bed, facilitating gentler removal.
