Step 1: take one capsule before breakfast. Step 2: take one drinkable vial 30 minutes before a meal. Step 3: take one sachet dissolved in a glass of water 30 minutes before dinner.
Step 1 (capsule with breakfast) aims to cleanse and restore liver (milk thistle extract) and gut by addressing chronic inflammation and gut microbiota health (DHA and L. rhamnosus CLR-1NU®). In addition, it helps to lift mood (5-HTP), reduce anxiety and control snacking (Affron®). Step 2 (drinkable vial with food) works to eliminate fluids (Cactinea®), fats (Morosil®) and toxins (dandelion, Wakame seaweed, bamboo and pineapple). Finally, step 3 (about 30-45 mins before dinner) acts as a temporary gastric balloon to help satiety (Fibersol-2™) and promote good sleep thanks to the inclusion of medicinal plants.
