Apply generously all over the body before each exposure to the sun.
If less product is applied, the level of protection is considerably reduced. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming or towelling. Don't spend too much time in the sun, even if you use sunscreen, as it does not provide 100% protection. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health threat.
