B-Complex is a way of providing all the B vitamins together in a balanced way.

Lamberts® Vitamin B 1 Complex includes all the B vitamins at effective and balanced levels.

Unlike other complexes on the market, this product contains significant levels of choline and inositol (Myo-Inositol), "brain food".

The recommendation to maintain adequate levels of nutrients has proven to be important, and in this case, with respect to the B-Complex, it is because several of its constituent vitamins contribute:
