Indication:
Provides calcium and
magnesium along with boron and vitamins D and K, in a formula designed to
support bone health. Good support for most
diets, low dairy diets, for women
during the menopause, etc. Suitable for vegetarians.
Precautions:
More than 4 mg magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Keep out of the reach of young children.
Composition:
Per 1 tablet:
Calcium (as Carbonate).............5 mg
Magnesium (as Oxide)..............125 mg
Vitamin D................................5 µg (2 IU)
Vitamin K................................38 µg
Boron (as Sodium Borate)......1.5 mg
Bulking agent
(calcium carbonate, cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum),
coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colouring agent:
titanium dioxide, glycerine), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide,
stearic acid and magnesium stearate)
Dosage:
Take 1 to 2 tablets a day, with a meal.
