Dissolve in hot drinks or sprinkle on cereals. Can also be taken straight from the spoon. Drink at least 2 litres of fluids daily.

Precautions
If any of these intakes cause excessive flatulence, reduce the dose and increase it gradually. Flatulence is a positive sign that Eliminex® has reached the gut and is feeding the "friendly" bacteria. When the bacteria consume Eliminex®, gas is produced, which may cause flatulence at first. However, this will disappear within a few days when more "friendly" bacteria develop and absorb the gas. For intakes of more than 10 g (or 5 g in children), divide the daily dose into two doses (one at the end of the day), which will help to reduce flatulence.
Eliminex® may cause temporary bloating. This is a short-term effect and once your system "revs up", the bloating will go away. If bloating continues for more than 3 days, then reduce the daily intake of Eliminex®.
