Lactoflora Ibsolution is a food supplement enriched with two fundamental elements for health:
Probiotics: These are living organisms such as bacteria and yeasts, which provide various benefits for intestinal health. They can be found naturally in fermented foods or can be consumed through dietary supplements. Lactoflora features lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7484; lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7485 and lediococcus acidilactici CECT 7483.
Vitamin D3: Also known as cholicalciferol, which performs important mineralisation tasks and can be obtained in two ways, one of which is by exposing human skin to the sun, while the second is by ingesting foods such as the one presented here.
The benefits of Lactoflora are, among others, that it increases intestinal motility by improving mucus production; it encourages the defensive function of the intestine; it helps to reduce intestinal bloating and visceral hypersensitivity and finally it regulates or restores the balance of the intestinal flora.
It does not contain gluten and is suitable for people with lactose intolerance.
