Approximately 50% of the Spanish population is vitamin D deficient. Our supplement contains 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 combined with vitamin K2, specifically menaquinone-7, which is the most bioavailable, longest-lasting and most scientifically supported form of vitamin K2. This combination not only promotes the intestinal absorption of calcium, but also its correct deposition in the bones. What sets it apart is its combination with naringin, an active compound that aids bone formation and also helps to reduce bone resorption (or destruction). This is combined with magnesium and zinc to maximise bone and immune benefits. In addition, our ready-to-take vial formulation provides convenience and, compared to other brands, the vial formulation improves absorption compared to solid dosage forms.

Composition

Vitamin D Vitamin D, specifically vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol, is a fat-soluble vitamin essential for the functioning of our body. It is obtained through production by our skin from sun exposure and also through the diet, such as fatty fish and eggs. It also influences immune response and mood.

Vitamin K Vitamin K, specifically K2 or menaquinone, plays a key role in bone and cardiovascular health by directing the deposition of calcium in bones, preventing its accumulation in arteries and soft tissues. It can be found in fermented foods such as cheese and yoghurt.

Naringin A flavonoid found in citrus fruits, especially grapefruit peel, with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Naringin helps prevent bone loss by reducing the formation of osteoclasts, or bone-destroying cells.

Magnesium This mineral is essential for the regulation of neuronal, hormonal and muscular functions. It is involved in energy metabolism, psychological function, maintenance of bones and teeth and regulation of muscle contraction. It helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium citrate is better absorbed and increases concentrations in the brain and muscles, achieving the desired effects.

Zinc is an essential element that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system by stimulating the formation of white blood cells. It is also involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fatty acids, as well as in the synthesis of DNA and proteins. The production of keratin depends on its presence, hence its role in hair growth.
