Vitamin C Also known as ascorbic acid. It helps protect cells from oxidative stress, making it a key element of antioxidant protection. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal functioning of our immune system, the production of collagen, the proper absorption of iron and magnesium and the reduction of fatigue.
