The second layer, which is released during the night, contains extracts of Valerian and Passionflower. Both plants help to maintain natural sleep by acting on the nervous system and the brain. It also contains Melissa, which has antispasmodic properties that provide a state of relaxation, thus reducing stress levels and promoting sleep. It also contains Vitamin B6, which supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps to improve the intensity of sleep.
The product also has a high zinc content, whose sleep-inducing properties help you fall asleep. This mineral is also known to minimise the number of night-time awakenings, thus facilitating the continuity of sleep during the night and helping to deepen rest.
