Directions for use
After brushing, use 15 ml of the undiluted content, then rinse your mouth for about 1 minute. It is recommended to do it once a day, preferably at night before going to sleep.
Remember, this content must be expelled, it cannot be swallowed.
Note: It is recommended not to consume food or drink until half an hour after each use.
