Composition

KELO-COTE® is an advanced formulation silicone treatment. Silicone dressings are first line treatment for hypertrophic scars and keloids according to updated international clinical guidelines (Gold, 2014).

Instructions for use

It is recommended to start using KELO-COTE® scar dressings immediately after wound closure (after removal of the stitches and disappearance of any scabs). It is recommended that the duration of application of KELO-COTE® Scar Dressings be gradually increased to a maximum of 23 hours per day. The purpose of this gradual increase is to allow the skin to become accustomed to the silicone. For best results
