Kaleidon Probiotic 120, in its presentation of 10 sachets, is a food supplement for adults that has been developed with the Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG strain, which is indispensable in the intestinal microbiota, as its properties help prevent discomfort such as diarrhoea or gastroenteritis. It also restores the intestinal flora and eliminates pathogenic bacteria that permeate the intestine, improving symptoms when it is irritated, when there are infections or when very strong antibiotics are taken.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG lives naturally in the intestines and forms part of the human microbiota, preventing the growth of bacteria that damage the stomach, as the strain is stable in acid and bile and attaches to the mucous cells of the intestine producing lactate and preventing their harmful growth. This bacterium has been included in the list of microbial species that are safe for humans, according to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
