Each tablet contains:
Vitamin B, 20 mg. Vitamin B2, 5 mg. Vitamin B3 (Niacin), 25 mg. Vitamin B5 (Calcium Pantothenate), 15 mg. Vitamin B6, 10 mg. Vitamin B7 (Choline), 1 mg. Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid), 100 mcg. Vitamin B12, 1 mg.
