How do I use it?

5. It is recommended to find the most comfortable position for easy insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and squeeze it in the lowest possible position and insert it obliquely into the vagina towards the bottom, the position of a vaginal cup is lower than that of a tampon.
