Remove the test from its packaging when ready to start, and remove the cap. Hold the absorbent tip directly under the urine flow for at least 10 seconds (the urine should not exceed the arrow mark). If you prefer, you may collect your urine in a clean, dry container (plastic or glass) and insert half of the absorbent area into the urine for at least 3 seconds. Replace the test cap and hold it in a horizontal position. When the urine sample passes into the result windows and the purple line appears in the control window, the test has been performed correctly. Wait 3 minutes before reading the result. A positive result may appear within one minute, but to confirm a negative result it is necessary to wait 3 minutes to complete the reaction time. Do not read the result after 5 minutes.
