ND4 CROSS UP® has a carbohydrate matrix with a 2:1 ratio of glucose vs fructose, facilitating absorption by not saturating transporters at the cellular level, allowing a higher oxidation per unit time1, even with proper digestive training, to assimilate 120g/h2. Each sachet provides 30 grams of carbohydrates, providing different combinations to reach 60, 90 and 120g/h.

Its integral formulation provides 152 mg of sodium (Na+) per sachet, favouring the hydration of the athlete. It also includes highly bioavailable magnesium citrate, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Its vitamin B1 content contributes to normal energy metabolism, while vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

ND4 CROSS UP® provides branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in an 8:1:1 ratio, providing an extra supply of L-leucine (Kyowa Quality®). It also incorporates L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) as it is an amino acid widely consumed by the body during prolonged and high intensity efforts.

The berry flavour provides 100 mg of caffeine and is free of artificial colouring. The lemon and green apple flavours are free from artificial colours and sweeteners.
