INFISPORT Explivar powder stick 1 unit x 6.5 g is a nutritional supplement to help recover the cellular structure of tired and fatigued muscles in professional sportsmen and women. This fatigue or muscle damage occurs due to repetitive movements where muscles contract and tissues are subjected to constant vibrations. This product contains maltodextrin, which is a stable and fast source of energy that fuels the muscle to last through the workout.
After exercise, maltodextrin supports the replenishment of lost muscle glycogen and improves the absorption of protein and other nutrients into muscle tissues. It also contains atomised extract of Polypodium leucotomos (EXPLY 37), which is patented. This extract modulates inflammatory processes to promote better athletic performance. It also helps to reduce cell damage, increase respiratory capacity and balance oxygen balance within the body. This molecule modulates inflammatory processes and oxidation in the body. EXPLY 37 also helps to lower cortisol levels, which tend to rise when the body is subjected to physical or mental stress, leading to muscle deterioration.
This nutritional supplement is suitable for high-performance athletes or for those who practise sports for long periods of time and subject their body to muscular stress and energy expenditure. It is also suitable for vegans, vegetarians, diabetics and individuals with intolerance and/or allergy to gluten, lactose and fat.
Take the contents of 1 stick with breakfast or dinner dissolved in water. For intense training or competitions, take 1 stick before breakfast for up to 8 weeks. For 1-day competitions, take 1 sachet at the start of breakfast and 1 sachet at the start of dinner, 2 or 3 days before and after the competition. On the day of the event, take 1 sachet before breakfast, 1 sachet while competing and 1 sachet before dinner. For maintenance take 1 sachet at the start of breakfast or dinner.
