Drink Salts is an Infisport branded powder for reconstitution in water with a pleasant orange flavour. It has a high content of mineral salts with carbohydrates, which help to obtain the energy lost during high intensity exercise.
Its formula combines different types of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio (glucose:fructose) with mineral salts and a sodium concentration of 1,150 mg/litre, which favours hydration before, during and after exercise.
Long-duration exercise, as well as high-intensity intervallic exercise, generates the loss of mineral salts (mainly composed of sodium) through sweating, losing up to 600 mg of sodium per hour. In addition, the respiratory rate increases, producing a high amount of energy.
Infisport Drink Salts has an adequate content of chlorine, magnesium, zinc and a sodium concentration of 1150 mg per litre, ideal according to the recommendations of the main international sports medicine organisations, which state that they should contain a sodium concentration of between 460 mg and 1150 mg/litre.
It also provides a carbohydrate matrix that allows greater oxidation of carbohydrates and glucose, by using two different transporters for their assimilation and, in this way, favouring energy production.
Once reconstituted in water, Infisport Drink Salts is an isotonic solution that is quickly and easily assimilated by the body, even during and after exercise.
Suitable for sportsmen and athletes, to be ingested before, during and after competitions, training sessions, long-duration or high-intensity interval exercises.

Dissolve 3 scoops (45 g) in 500 ml of water or 5 scoops (67.5 g) in 750 ml of water. Shake well before use. Drink in small sips during workouts and competitions lasting more than 60 minutes. Contains mediator.
After opening the container, close tightly and store in a cool, dry place.
