HYLO® Gel contains the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the eye and other parts of the body. Its special feature is that it forms a long-lasting, stable, moisturising and lubricating film on the surface of the eye. In addition, it does not need to be rinsed off quickly. Thanks to this bioadhesive property, the cornea and conjunctiva are protected, and together with physiological tears the eyelid glides perfectly over the surface of the eye. Hylo Gel contains a higher amount of sodium hyaluronate, which makes it more viscous and thus provides the eye with an intensive, soothing and long-lasting moisturising film. Persistent or more severe symptoms are relieved and the eye is protected against irritation.

Indicated for people with ocular lubrication deficiency in severe and persistent dry eye situations, as well as in postoperative ophthalmic treatments.

Use HYLO® Gel only if the seal on the carton is intact before the first use.

1. Remove the cap before each application. Before the first application of HYLO®-GEL, hold the bottle vertically with the tip downwards and press the base until the first drop appears on the nozzle. Now you can proceed with the following applications.
2. Hold the bottle with the dropper pointing downwards, so that your thumb presses on the shoulder of the bottle and the rest of your fingers are on the base.
3. Rest the hand with which you are holding the COMOD® container on the free hand, as shown.
