Hylo Dual 10 ml

The two active ingredients in Hylo Dual eye drops are hyaluronic acid and ectoin. The former is found naturally in the eye, so it is very well tolerated.

- The hyaluronic acid used in Hylo eye drops is long-chain and highly viscous. It has water-retaining properties that provide deep and long-lasting hydration of the conjunctiva and cornea. It also forms a protective film on the irritated surface of the eye.

- The second active ingredient, ectoin, promotes increased water retention and helps the eyes stay moisturised for longer. At the same time, it develops long-lasting protection against dehydration and supports the body's own barrier against irritants.

Both active ingredients provide intensive moisturisation of irritated eyes, relieve the symptoms of inflammatory processes and at the same time help to stabilise the lipid phase of the tear film.

Hylo Dual lubricating eye drops are indicated for people with mild to moderately severe dry eye, with unstable tear film. They are compatible with contact lenses.

The special COMOD® pump system keeps the contents sterile for a long time, even for 6 months after opening. In addition, it provides a high yield with at least 300 drops per bottle.

Hylo Dual eye drops should be dosed individually according to each condition and as recommended by your ophthalmologist.

Generally, it is recommended to apply one drop in each eye 3 times a day. It is easy to dose with the patented COMOD® system. We recommend following the four steps described below:

1. With clean hands, remove the cap before use.
2. Hold the tip of the dropper bottle upside down, place your thumb on the bottle protrusion and your other fingers on the bottom of the bottle.
3. Tilt the head back, gently pull the lower eyelid away from the eye with the free hand and press the dropper mechanism quickly and firmly. Repeat the process for the other eye.

4. After use, recap the tip of the dropper.

Hylo Dual lubricating eye drops have been previously tested, so there are no contraindications.

Contains a dual active ingredient of hyaluronic acid 0.05% and ectoin 2.0%.
