Each capsule of Hyabak Caps contains fish oil with 58% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), borage oil with 22% GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), vitamins (C, E, B6, B9, B12), zinc and other ingredients such as gelatin, glycerol, and beeswax.
It is recommended to take 1 capsule of Hyabak Caps twice a day, during meals, accompanied by a small amount of water.
The daily dose of 2 capsules provides a significant intake of essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, covering 100% of the Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) for vitamin C and zinc, and significant percentages for the other vitamins and minerals.
