DHA belongs to the omega-3 fatty acid family. How to use Boil the water immediately before preparing the bottle and allow to cool to about 40oC - 50oC. Pour the correct amount of water into the sterilised bottle. Add the corresponding number of scoops as indicated in the dosage table. Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the product is dissolved. Check on the inside of the wrist that the temperature of the milk is correct.
